Other Digital Bundles

• Rights: Purchase grants limited commercial use for up to 1,000 products per image.
• Restrictions:
  • Reselling, sharing, or giving away the original digital files is prohibited.
  • Images must be incorporated with other design elements and cannot be sold as-is or used as stickers in their original format.

Digital Wall Artwork

• Rights: Strictly for personal use only.
• Restrictions: Sharing, reselling, or giving away the files is prohibited.

Physical Artwork Products

• Ownership: Physical artwork purchased from ALHARI Gallery is intended for personal use or display and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without express written permission.
• Condition: While we take every measure to ensure the safe packaging and delivery of physical artwork, customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
• Returns: Returns of physical artwork may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of purchase and are generally not accepted unless the item is defective.

Equipment and Resource Liability Disclaimer

ALHARI Gallery provides digital products that may require specific software, tools, or equipment to use effectively. By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ALHARI Gallery is not responsible for providing, supporting, or ensuring access to the tools, software, or equipment necessary for using purchased products.
• Refunds will not be issued for a customer’s failure to possess the required resources to fully utilize the purchased product.

Membership and Subscription
